Hubbly ("we," "our," or "us") explains here what this website collects and how it is used. It covers hubbly.io, including the free website scanner, conversations with Hubbly by text or voice, callback requests, and demo requests. Data that customers process in the Hubbly product is handled under their agreement with Hubbly.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what you give us and what is needed to run and protect the site:
- Free website scanner: the website address you enter, your email address if you choose to add one, and your consent to run the scan.
- Conversations with Hubbly: the messages you type. If you start a voice conversation, your microphone audio is streamed so Hubbly can understand and answer you. The microphone is used only after you start the conversation.
- Details you share in a conversation, such as your name, email, phone number, company, and what you are interested in.
- Callback requests: your name, phone number, time zone, and whether you agreed to be called or texted.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser, and device information, used for rate limits, human verification, and security.
Demo requests open your own email app. We receive what you choose to send.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:
- Run the scan you asked for and, if you added an email, send the plan and follow-up about that scan
- Answer your questions and continue the conversation
- Pass your contact or callback request to the Hubbly team
- Call or text you only when you agreed to it, within permitted calling hours, and after a do-not-call check
- Limit abuse with rate limits and human verification
- Operate, secure, and fix the site
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers that work for us: website hosting, speech and language processing for conversations, human verification by Cloudflare Turnstile, email and text delivery, and the tools our team uses to follow up on requests. The free website scanner also uses search-ranking, page-speed, and business-listing services. They receive the website address you enter and the business name and phone number published on that website, not your email address. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Cookies and Similar Technology
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you talk with Hubbly, we set one cookie, hubbly_vid. It holds a random identifier, is not readable by page scripts, and lasts 30 days. It lets Hubbly recognise your browser and recall your earlier conversation, as described below. Choosing “Forget me” replaces it with an opt-out value for 30 days so that a new identifier is not created. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that visitors are human, and it may use cookies or similar technology to do so. Your use of Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
A conversation session expires when its time limit ends. If you talk with Hubbly, we keep a short record of that conversation, with any name, email, phone number, website, or scan you shared, for 30 days after your last conversation so Hubbly can pick up where you left off. Conversations you start from the orb on our homepage are recorded: we keep the audio for 90 days, then delete it and keep the written transcript. Choosing “Forget me” in the conversation panel or on the voice demo page deletes that record. Rate-limit counters expire within two days. Scan results and requests passed to our team are kept only as long as needed to provide the scan and follow up, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Data Security
The site uses encrypted connections, human verification, and rate limits, and it does not write your contact details into application logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Choose “Forget me” in the conversation panel or on the voice demo page to delete the conversation record and stop this browser being remembered.
- Every scan email includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask Hubbly to stop calling or texting you at any time.
- Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data. Email [email protected] to make a request.
9. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
